7. The rider picks up your package and begins the last-mile delivery to your address.

8. You receive delivery notifications via both email and SMS, letting you know your order is on the way.

9. The rider arrives at your address. You present your delivery code, sign for the package, and the delivery is marked complete.

How You're Notified About Your Temu Delivery

Logistics Partner Confirmation via Email and Temu App. This tells you that Kwikpik is the company responsible for delivering your Temu package. It confirms that your package has been received by Kwikpik and is being prepared for last-mile delivery.

How to Track Your Temu Order with Kwikpik

1. Kwikpik Live Tracking

(a) Once your order is confirmed as being with Kwikpik, copy your Temu package tracking ID (it starts with KWI).

(b) Download our app to track your package by using the tracking feature on the app or open the Live Tracking feature.

(c) Enter your package ID to see your delivery's current status, whether it's at the fulfilment centre, assigned to a rider, or already in transit.

(d) Once a rider is assigned, you'll also be able to see their details.

2. Kwikpik Support 

If you can't track your order or need extra help, reach out through:

What Happens If Your Temu Order Is Delayed?

Delays can happen due to customs processing, weather, or high order volumes during sales events, which can slow things down. If your order is delayed:

What to Do If Your Temu Package Arrives Damaged

1. Do not throw away the packaging, as it will be needed as evidence for your claim.

2. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item immediately.

3. Report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

4. Contact Temu.

5. Provide proof of your Temu order number, package ID, photographs, and your Temu order confirmation as evidence of the item's value.

6. Temu will review your report and respond.
