1. Download the Kwikpik app on your device. (For Android users, click here | For iOS users, click here).
2. After signing up, you’ll be presented with the homescreen.
3. Next, book your delivery through the Kwikpik app by clicking on the location tab that reads “Where is your package going?”
4. On clicking, a new tab will open where you insert your location and also where you are delivering to (If it's a pickup, insert the location where the pickup will be made and where it will be delivered), type of package, receiver’s name and receiver’s phone number, sender’s name, and sender’s number. You can decide to turn on the insurance, which is optional but adds the advantage of insuring your goods in transit.
5. Once done, click on ‘proceed’.

7. Once you’ve initiated a delivery or pickup, you’ll be given a tracking ID.
8. Next, go back to the homepage, then click on profile.
9. After going to your profile, you’ll get to see other features, but since the aim is to track your package, click on ‘Track package’.
10, When you click on Track package, you’ll be prompted to insert your ‘Tracking ID’, so you get to see where your parcel is.
